Shipping

We offer low rate shipping for orders less than $140, and FREE US shipping for orders over $140. At this time, we only ship in the US but we do ship to all 50 states for the same amount and the free shipping threshold applies in all states as well. While we would LOVE to offer free shipping for everything, we tried this for awhile on our other brand and it was killing us. And then USPS raised their rates. So in order for us to grow and also give back to causes, we charge this small fee for shipping under $140. Thanks for your understanding and support!

For most products, we also offer free delivery and free pickup in applicable local Alaska areas displayed in your cart depending on your address. Products that are listed as made to order ship and are not eligible for delivery or pickup. Mixing products that are made to order with products that are local inventory based require shipping as well. All that will appear in the cart checkout process. You can always split your order up to avoid this if applicable.

We ship from Alaska 5 days a week. Orders ship within 2 business days except for any products that are listed as made to order on our site. Unless USPS experiences delays, you should receive your order in about 5-7 days after shipping. Some made to order items arrive in closer to 10 days.

Please provide a deliverable address. Customers will be charged additional shipping charges for all orders returned due to providing an incorrect address. 

Looking for Summits under Choose RCVRY LLC is not responsible for items lost, damaged, or stolen while in shipping or after delivery.  Any such issues need to be addressed by the customer by filling an insurance claim with the shipper. If the issue is still not resolved, let us know and we will make it right.

Returns Policy

We are only able to offer returns/exchanges for US orders.
You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product purchase price.  Products must meet following criteria for exchange (must be in brand new, re-sellable condition):

UNWORN/UNWASHED - NO PET HAIR - NO MAKEUP/DEODORANT STAINS - NO PERFUME/CIGARETTE SMELL, ETC

All returns/refunds/exchanges are handled through emailing your 

- Order number

- Name

- Let us know is it an exchange or refund you'd like.

If a desired exchange item or size is out of stock, we will work with you the best we can to either get that item back in stock or find another suitable exchange or even refund if desired.
